About the role

The Card Services Specialist supports debit and credit card operations for the bank's consumer and business clients, including disputes, fraud case handling and instant issue support for the branch network.

What you will do

Process cardholder disputes and chargebacks under Regulation E and the network rules, within the required timeframes.
Work the daily fraud case queue from the card fraud monitoring service, including cardholder contact and card block decisions.
Support branch instant issue printers across 61 offices, including key loading and consumable ordering.
Maintain card parameter files, limits and BIN configuration with the processor.
Reconcile the card settlement accounts daily.

What we are looking for

One or more years in card services, deposit operations or a branch role at a bank.
Working knowledge of Regulation E dispute handling preferred.
