About the role
Calder is expanding treasury management coverage in north Alabama. The Implementation Specialist onboards new commercial clients onto the commercial digital banking platform and payment services, and is the client's primary technical contact through the first 90 days of the relationship.

What you will do
- Build company profiles on the commercial digital banking platform: company identifier, user entitlements, approval limits, dual control rules and payment templates.
- Onboard clients to ACH origination, including origination agreement review, exposure limit setting, NACHA formatted file mapping and the first live file walkthrough.
- Onboard clients to wire origination, including template creation, entitlement assignment, callback contact registration and the dual control release procedure.
- Deliver client training on positive pay exception handling, remote deposit capture and account reporting.
- Coordinate with deposit operations on account analysis setup and billing.
- Maintain the implementation record for each client, including the signed service agreements and the entitlement review at 90 days.
What we are looking for
- Three or more years in treasury management implementation, commercial banking operations or payment operations.
- Practical knowledge of NACHA rules and of Fedwire origination procedures in a bank setting.
- Certified Treasury Professional designation preferred, or willingness to pursue it within two years.
- Travel within the north Alabama and southeast Tennessee markets, roughly 20 percent.
