About the role

The Universal Banker at our Dalton Main office handles teller transactions, opens deposit accounts, takes consumer loan applications and helps clients enroll in online and mobile banking. Bilingual English and Spanish candidates are encouraged to apply.

What you will do

• Process deposit, withdrawal, transfer and payment transactions accurately and within cash limits.
• Open consumer and small business deposit accounts, including required identification collection and beneficial ownership certification for business clients.
• Help clients enroll in online and mobile banking and complete their second factor enrollment.
• Refer clients to mortgage, commercial and wealth partners.
• Follow branch opening, closing and cash handling procedures under dual control.

What we are looking for

• One or more years in a bank branch, retail or client service role.
• Cash handling accuracy and comfort with a transaction platform.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
